The company's CEO has extensive experience gathered internationally and is available for consultancy assignments. He is backed by a strong team of associates as part of his professional and social networking with organizations, groups and individuals.
Deltaforce is a certified reseller of Method 123's MPMM Prince 2 & PMI compatible project management software & templates and is available to customise this software to suit any organization large or small who wishes to implement this solution. This includes, modification of the methodology to incorporate existing processess and procedures, re-branding the methodology, training project managers, establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) based on the MPMM methodology, establishing standards for recruitment of ITC staff and project teams to SFIA standards.
Peter is available to troubleshoot or review projects where organizations are experiencing difficulty. Typically, a two - four week exercise, depending on complexity is sufficient to get a project back on track.
